Underemployment by Education Level

PayScale has announced the results of a survey of more than 900,000 U.S. workers on whether they feel underemployed in their current positions. Among those surveyed, 46% reported being underemployed, and 76% of those workers attributed their underemployment to an inability to use their education and training in their current positions.
